Nigel Mars’s idea worth spreading is that achieving a work-life balance doesn’t have to require a dramatic change in your lifestyle. If we take the time to take care of relationships, it can vastly improve our quality of life.

The human body is designed to experience stress and react to it. Stress can be positive, keeping us alert, motivated, and ready to avoid danger. Stress becomes negative when a person faces continuous challenges without relief or relaxation between stressors. Because of the vary stresses from everywhere which made modern people to be more and more anxious. As a result, how to make a balance between work and life is an important question.
